
Jill Shuler, M.S.R., CCC-SLP
Jill is a 2003 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, where she received a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences, with an emphasis in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has worked in the pediatric setting for the entirety of her career, knowing this population is her calling.
Jill feels strongly drawn to children on the Autism spectrum, as well as those with motor speech disorders. She has continued her training with coursework in Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, The Whole Child Approach to Feeding, Introduction to PROMPT Technique, M.O.R.E: Integrating the Mouth with Sensory and Postural Functions, Floortime/DIR Professional Course, Oral Placement Therapy, and Functional Neuromuscular Approach to Treatment of Oral Motor, Respiratory, and Postural Control of Head, Neck and Torso, and Implementation Strategies for Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
Jill is a Board member for Carolina Children’s Charity and is active in raising funds to support local children with special needs. A lifelong resident of the Lowcountry, Jill enjoys exploring the many landscapes it offers by air and by water with her husband and family.
