Lauren Sorge, M.S., CCC-SLP Speech Therapist
Lauren Sorge earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Utah. She completed her clinical fellowship at a pediatric private practice in Florida.
Lauren has experience working with a variety of populations and in a range of settings, including schools, skilled nursing facilities, and private practices. She spent many years working with children prior to her job as an SLP including teaching daycare and nannying. Lauren is passionate about helping children feel supported, confident, and empowered in their communication.
Lauren believes that communication is a fundamental part of being human, yet it is something we often take for granted. We may not realize just how meaningful our ability to communicate is until it becomes difficult. She is a strong advocate for all modes of communication and believes every child deserves to have a way to express themselves, connect with others, and be heard.
Lauren has an identical twin who is also a speech-language pathologist, and she loves sharing knowledge, ideas, and experiences with her. In her free time, Lauren enjoys playing tennis, spending time with friends, and going to the beach.
