
Laurie Webb, M.S., OTR/L
Laurie is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2010 with a BA in Child Development and Family Studies and Psychology. She taught Kindergarten for two years before returning to graduate school and earning her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2014.
Laurie has experience working with children with a wide variety of diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, sensory integration dysfunction, feeding difficulties, fine and visual motor delays, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and various other diagnoses.
Laurie is passionate about all areas of occupational therapy practice and developing relationships with the children and families that she serves. She has completed continuing education in SOS Feeding, Rhythmic Movement Training, primitive reflex integration, Handwriting Without Tears, the Astronaut Training protocol, and various sensory processing courses.
In her free time, Laurie loves spending time with her husband and two children, going to the beach, yoga, traveling, running, cooking, fishing, reading, and cheering on her beloved Tar Heels.
