Olivia Eilerman
OTD, OTR/L Occupational Therapist
Olivia Eilerman, originally from Northern Kentucky, earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Cincinnati. She’s had experience working with children across a variety of settings through pediatric fieldwork placements, including outpatient therapy and specialized pediatric programs. In addition to her clinical experience, she spent several years as a nanny, which deepened her understanding of child development and strengthened her passion for helping children and families thrive in everyday life.
Olivia has a special interest in supporting children with emotional regulation, ADHD, sensory processing, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional development. She enjoys using child-centered, play-based approaches to help children build confidence, independence, and success in meaningful activities. One of her favorite frameworks to incorporate into therapy is the Zones of Regulation, which helps children develop self-awareness and practical strategies for managing emotions and behaviors. She is passionate about partnering with families to create individualized interventions that support each child’s unique strengths, foster positive relationships, and promote participation at home, school, and in the community. Her goal is to make therapy engaging, supportive, and empowering while helping every child reach there fullest potential.
In her free time, Olivia loves to go to the beach, explore, and spend time with her friends and family.
